Mounting and Laminating

Laminating

We offer a full range of laminating services to protect and enhance your print. We offer both hot and cold laminate, which can be applied to your display. We can laminate the front, back, or both sides of your print and offer laminate up to 62” wide in one piece. For larger prints we can match the panels to create a seamless appearance.

A hot laminate is recommended for products that are exposed to the elements. Hot laminate produces a full encapsulation that makes a seal of laminate completely around the product. Hot laminate is available in glossy, luster, or matte finishes in 3, 5, or 10 mill thickness on each side. It is also possible to have a different laminate on each side.

Pressure Sensitive Laminate finish options are luster, matte, gloss and dry erase.

Mounting

We offer a wide range of mounting options for your product. Mounting your print will provide a sturdy surface creating higher durability and a quality appearance. Some mounting options include; Acrylic, Alumicore, Foamcore, Gatorboard, Chipboard, Styrene, Sintra. Plexi and Masonite. These mounting options are available in a variety of thicknesses.

Some mounting applications include: tradeshow graphics, cut-outs, posters, point or purchase displays, stand ups, props, floor graphics, counter-tops, signs and more.
