FTP Instructions
FTP Settings
- I.P. Address: giantgraphicssrv.com
- Port #: 21
- Login Name: * CALL FOR LOGIN NAME *
- Password: * CALL FOR LOGIN PASSWORD *
- Please append your company name to the end of the file name. For example: filename_company.ext.
PC (Windows) Instructions
- If you haven't done so already, you must download and install an FTP Client.
- We recommend FTP Explorer by FTPx Corp.
- You can download the program from the developers Website, or directly from us here.
- Enter the settings from the top of this page into the connection dialog box as shown in the graphics below.
- If you don't have your login name and password, please call your sales rep. to obtain.
- After connecting to our FTP Server through your FTP program you can simply drag and drop your file(s) from your computer to the FTP client window to transfer your file(s).
Macintosh Instructions
- If you haven't done so already, you must download and install an FTP Client.
- We recommend Fetch by Fetch Softworks.
- You can download a free, 30 day trial version from their website.
- Enter the settings from the top of this page into the connection dialog box as shown in the graphics below.
- If you don't have your login name and password, please call your sales rep. to obtain.
- After connecting to our FTP Server through your FTP program you can simply "place" your file(s) from your computer to the FTP client window to transfer your file(s).
